Jaguar Specialist in Falmouth, Cornwall.
I have come across an independent Jaguar specialist in my local area called Greg Lummis of G & D Motors. I understand from talking to him that he has 22 years Jaguar experience with the local main dealer, Ryders Jaguar and he now operates from their original main dealer premises.
He is clearly passionate about the marque and I can't help but be impressed by his enthusiasm and knowledge and I would recommend him to anyone who needs some work on their Jaguar.
When I called in earlier this week, he had three XK8/R's, an STR and an XJ in the workshop.
Andy.

Hi Andy, I note this is a 9 y.o post - do you know if the info re: G& D motors is still current? Just got an X-type, which needs looking at and I am heading down that way later in the week, Thought I could call them up. Cheers, Warwick
Hi Warwick
As far as I know, he is still there and doing well, although I think he works on many different brands now, not just Jaguar. It may be worth calling him on 01326 211117 before making a special trip to him.
Hope this helps

Thanks Andy, I am heading down to Cornwall from Bristol later in the week, and cant get it (smell of petrol in the cabin) fixed before I go so hope to see him on the way or when I am there. I have left him a VM. Thanks for your reply >) Cheers, Warwick.
Hey,
Also came across this post via google. How was your experience? Was the work carried out expensive?
Recently bought an XF and got the Service Required light + need to change the cabin filter as it stinks
