Radiator top cover plate label

Hi.... just had the radiator top plate painted black but lost the stick on label. Man at the paint shop said he thinks he might know a contact to phone... do you know of anyone who could supply a new stick on label?

The Fan Warning Label?

I can't recall the exact one on my X300 but this is the X308 and XK8 label:

Please add vehicle details to your Signature as I requested in my reply to your Intro.
