So what's up with the meet? I started up this thread ages ago- at the rate it's going, I may actually be back in town for the meet! I get out of school in a few weeks!

Some time around the first week of next month I should expect. I think finals start at the beginning of the month.

Glad to hear it!!!! For now I'm just trying to situate the vehicle. I'm going to go to alabama for a research project so I think I may try to do something to the extent of navigation. Either in dash or if need be, a simple plug in one or something. I do need to get some brake work done though! LOL

 

I do need to remove the airbag light on my instrument cluster and check into a reflash. Maybe a couple of others might also be interested. I will be in your area tomorrow morning, picking up a part from the Palm Beach Jag dealer.

By any chance do you know how to reprogram the keyless entry remotes? Mine appears to have reset, and I didn't want to have to wake up at 5:30 in the morning to drive an hour to get it reprogrammed before class. Plus- I need an excuse to try and get the ball rolling on this whole meet.

 

unfortunately on Stypes, the remote programming has to be done with IDS. This is something I can do at the meet.

 

Well- I'm still at a loss on finding something to do about my brakes- but I'll definitely be there to get my remote reprogrammed! Has anyone come up with a possible location to meet at?

 

Just how far south is pretty central for every one? Lets get a list of cities together and see what's up? I think most of us are in the South Florida area so I'm thinking Boca is pretty central.

Oh wow props to bigdreams for having everyone listed without having us have to all respond. That makes it a lot easier to be organized! If all the other Central area people don't mind going to Boca, I'm up for it. We're all in the Orlando area so we can all meet up somewhere (maybe UCF area or something) and ride out to Boca together. LOL Or maybe that's just something we do with all the racers? I'm willing to make the drive to Boca if everyone else in my area is fine with that. Since we're Central and everyone else mostly South Florida it's easy to meet somewhere in between. I hope that noone joins from Jacksonville or Tallahassee in the mean time!!!! I'm out May 6, so any time in the month of May I'm free for (depending on whether or not that's the weekend I'm going to get my bike liscence).
