I been trying to get an answer from there parts department for 2 days now all i get is transferred the phone rings goes to a voicemail box where I leave my information and I never get a callback. All I want to know is how much are they going to charge me to for a 2nd key for my Xtype. Now that being said I believe in going to dealerships for some things not because they are going to be cheap but to well be recognized enough that when something does come up I get treated a little better them someone they never met before. At the Jeep dealership everyone knows me I get loaner jeeps as they know I take care of mine even though they dont typically do loaners but they will for me even if it s a day thing due to how well i always taken care of mine and their jeeps.

So it pissed me off a little that I cant even get a callback. This should not be hard thing to do. Anyone have any insight on this dealership I only ever passed it never stopped by.
