Blackhawk Museum
I was out on the left coast last week and managed to get away from work long enough to take a drive to Danville CA and visit the Blackhawk Museum. If you have never been there, it is an amazing place and a "must see" if you are visiting northern CA.
They keep about 50 permanent cars on display that are some of the worlds rarest and finest automobiles. Many are one of a kind and most of the 50 are virtually "priceless". They rotate about 40 other cars though the museum at anyone time.
For us Jag fans, there was a real treat! they had a small display of three exceptional jags, two with racing history. Amazing cars, and my personal favorite, the XK-SS!!
Anyway, I did not have a real camera so...sorry about that but all I can post is my phone photos.....

BTW, if there is any interest in seeing some of the other incredible machines on display, please let me know. I am happy to post more of my photos.
What an amazing place! The architecture of the museum is absolutely stunning.
