I have a 2004 XJ8 with some issues, mainly:

Need a complete steering rack assembly install
both outer tie rod ends need to be replaced
Upper front control arms need to be replaced.
I have a big coolant leak that needs to be found and fixed
The transmission pan/filter needs to be replaced and transmission refilled.

I have developed a really bad arthritic knee and a pinched nerve in my shoulder so I am no longer able to jack the car up and do it myself outside in the driveway. I therefore need to start paying someone to do it for me.

Anyone know anyone with reasonable rates and good workmanship in the Ashburn VA area?
