I'm half way between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo and see at least 3 XK8's on a regular basis and numerous newer models. But then, there are pretty good sized Jag dealers in both cities. And, pulled up along side a gorgeous mid 60's red XKE convertible in Richland a couple of days ago. Just don't understand why he wouldn't trade with me.........

Anybody else in the UP? For about 3 months I didn't see any other Jaguars on the road; not even someone driving through. Until last week I saw a F-Pace at a local store and almost sat outside waiting for them but thought it might seem "odd" to do so and somewhat stalkerish so I kept driving through. I wish more had them and at the same time I like being one of the very few Jag's people see around here in a sea of Audi's and BMW's.

About as close as we get to the UP is the Interlochen area. We keep a camper near there and use the XK8 as a commuter car between the house and camper. Hopefully, we can open the camper back up on May 1st and if the weather cooperates, the XK8 will wake up and come out of hibernation mid April.
Anybody know of anything happening this summer? Been on the road a few times surrounded by a bunch of corvette parades and just once a nice procession of Porche's. Would be nice to see a Jaguar one once.
First time owner picking up my car and trailering it back from NC on Wednesday. Live in Clio MI, halfway between Saginaw and Flint. Lansing is about an hour down 69 and Metro Detroit is just over an hour down 75.

Welcome to the world of Jaguar! This is a wonderful site filled with amazing people more than willing to share info and answer any maintenance question you might have.
Just picked up an F-type R convertible and live in Kalamazoo. Do my own maintenance work on all my cars so if there are any other people in the area that do their own wrenching, there is now another person with bloody knuckles in the area.
