Hey everyone! Thanks for having me! My husband and I just sold our motorcycles this past year, and happened on a post for a 2000 XK8 with a recently rebuilt transmission for a very affordable price! So here I am! Now I grew up helping my Daddy rebuild carburetors, however this beautiful car is the first time I've had to diagnose/"tinker" since I was a lot younger. So I apologize ahead of time for the beginner questions! But I have all of the service manuals downloaded. As soon as we get our beautiful new car back from the shop then it is game on! (Turns out the engine does have leaks regardless of what the man that sold it to us said)... however after reading all of the forum posts, it seems it would be strange if she didn't leak something!
