Bristol, RI here.

Actually passed what appeared to be an early 90s XJ6 (white) and early 00s XK convertible (red) on Aquidneck Island today, looks like they were heading north. Maybe coming from an event in CT today. It was getting dark so I could be way off on the years

Default New F-Type owner here, any others near by?

Just bought a 17 F-Type R coupe. When I say just I mean I'm still waiting on delivery from CA to Pottstown PA (about 45 miles west of Philadelphia). Expecting delivery in the next 36 hours, not like I'm counting the minutes or anything. Just wondering if there is any other f-types around me, I can only recall seeing one on the road around me, a white vert. When I starting looking into purchasing a car I wanted something fun, fast, good looking, and not very common. The F-Type R sure fits the bill.

congratulations! I’m just outside of philly in Bucks with a V8s. Certainly aren’t a ton around here. Most car guys in philly go way higher end. Seen a pair of McLarens the other day downtown.

I just joined the DVJC (Delaware Valley Jaguar Club). Seems like a nice networking group. https://delvaljaguarclub.com/
They have meet-ups and rallies. Not a lot of F-Types in the group, but maybe we can turn that around? They seem welcoming to the young cats.

Default Any Mark II owners in New hampshire ?

Working on small issues (I hope) in order to pass inspection on my 1965 3.4 manual O.D. - maybe driving around a bit before the snow starts falling (fingers crossed).

Having terrible cold start issues - mechanic thinks the used cold start carb that was just installed is bad. Anyone have experience with rebuilding/replacing? I hope to do this myself......

Default Scituate, MA roll

Scituate MA, on the south shore of Boston. Just having put my Silver '03 XKR convertible in a rental area for the winter, while leaving the Grey one in my own garage space for a little more work on the pillar posts and cross member (replacing the fabric). There won't be much work to get done in the cold, and the Jags are not going to see much activity over the next 5 months...

Any Jaguar lovers in the South Shore?
-David

Southern RI here. Saw a very nice, black 5 liter X150 yesterday on the way to the market. I think there is another X150 forum member in Narragansett so maybe it was that car.
Always great to spot a Jag on the road!

New member from Delaware County, PA here. Very close to Wilmington, DE.

I don't have a Jaguar yet, but am considering getting an XK8. I'm here to do some research before I start shopping for one.

Welcome Muddy Creek
The forum is a great resource in understanding what to look for in a Jag purchase. Good Luck on your hunt.

Hey guys,
Actually, I’m up in Ottawa. But I come to your neck of the woods very often. I like visiting all up and down the coast (I’m an avid keel boat sailor as well) as well as some interior parts like Finger Lakes, Lake Placid, Manchester VT, Mt Washington... the list goes on and on as business takes me there too.
Bored as I’m in quarantine for JUST ONE MORE DAY!! so extending an ‘Hello’.
In days gone by, as a BMW owner we used to flash the high beams to each other on the road. I’d welcome a flash from another jag enthusiast.

For several years I have seen a very nice silver grey XJS convertible in Onset, MA. Usualy parked opposite Mark Anthoney's.

This last trip up there it was gone and a silver grey XK was in its place.

I am posting this as I wonder if the owner is on this Forum?

Thinking about it not sure whether it ws convertible or not.
