New to Jaguar

Hello,
I am new to Jaguars as a potential restorer/owner and would like to be amongst like minded people. I have recently completed a ground up restoration of a 67 Austin Healey 3000 MkIII with help from friends at British Cars R&R Ipswich, MA. I have come across what I think is a 69-71 XKE coupe that looks reasonable by a singular picture. I plan to look at it this week. Is there any glaring faults or suspicious anomalys I should look for? Thank you all for you advice.

Rust-rust-rust is the single most significant factor in an E-type purchase.
Would this be a driver or a restoration? If a resto project you'll be replacing and overhauling everything anyway. If a driver then a weak clutch would be a negative, as it's a big engine-out job. The inboard rear brakes are a pain so proof of recent work would be a plus. Running cool is another plus. A damaged, or damaged-and-repaired front subframe is bad news.
Others will chime in. My expereince on E-types is limited.
Cheers
