AntonB, I am in Rochester, New York with a 2004 VDP Let's start planning now for an midstate meet so everyone can travel about the same distance. Anyone game for forming a committee to get this started? I am thinking late May 2012.

 

How about Watkins Glen? Rich in Road racing history, and in the middle of the Finger Lakes. We'd all look great cruising into the wineries doing a tour.

While I am not a NY'er, I will be spending about a month up in Rochester come October 2012. If someone wants to meet up, let me know. Not sure if I am bring my Jag (03 X-Type) or if I will have the wife with me which will then have me in the 2010 Fusion. If you need some help with a project, let me know. Can't garantee anything as my work hours for most of the time are going to be pretty long (six 12 hour days each week). But, I will have atleast 1 day off each week and the first week is only a 40 hour week. I will probably have a little bit of free time at the end too. We'll see.

 

Thermo, bring the Jag. On your days off, you & the wife can tour the beautiful Finger Lakes area & wineries. The fall colors are AMAZING! Keep in touch. I work near where you're going to be.

Sounds like a plan to me guys. Let's make it happen. We could drive down to Watkin's Glen. For $25 you can do 3 paced laps on the track with you car. Stop at a few wineries. It would be a nice time.
