I have raced motorcycles, karts, some rallying, lots of autocross over the years, but decided to go stock car racing this year.

I bought a BMW E30 based "Mini Stock". This is a class for 4 cylinder cars. It's an all out, fully caged and stripped down race car, and I'm having a blast working on it.

I haven't had this much fun in years, and I haven't raced it yet! Of course I had to buy a truck and a trailer to haul it, and all the safety gear, so it hasn't been a cheap exercise, but since when has racing been cheap?

I'll be running a paved oval up here, and hope to get to Evergreen Speedway in Monroe, maybe even Wenatchee or Yakima. We'll see how the year goes.

The Jag has been somewhat neglected, but not for long, I hope.
