Default Wheel repair Seattle or Bellevue

Anyone know of a shop that will either refurb my wheel trim rings or replace?

Thanks Vince, I was hoping to find someone specializing in this for jags, looks like its not the case but I will try the list. FYI Alloy Wheel Repair does not, I know as my Landy is there now getting a powder coat for its wheels.

The first two came recommended off my old Audi forum, so that tells me they are at least use to higher end rims... You'll have to keep us posted to what you found and your review after the repair...

Cheers

For the forum, I called all and was referred to CNC at 425-641-7000 and spoke to Joel. He knows exactly what I was referring to and has had exp. doing the swap out of the rings. I am going to order from Coventry West ($295ea ouch!) and have the swap out the old ones at $100ea. I posted the "how to" on the XKR forum if anyone is interested.

thanks again Vince, where are all the other NW Jag folks? I recently joined a local club that is out of Bellevue and will point them here.

Thanks for the update,

I'm pretty new to the Jag Scene myself, so I've not made a gathering yet. There is the Seattle Jaguar Club and I hope to join and attend a few this summer. What club did you join?

The Northwest forum is brand new as of May 2012, so there may be more forum members still in the Western forum that haven't moved over here yet, as well as the Canadian brethren just north of us.

I hope to see our part of the country grow enough members to get some type of drive going (see "Drivers in the PNW" post in this same region forum) this summer.

UPDATE: Finally completed this task and had three of the four replaced and installed, total cost was $900 for the replacment rings from Conventry and $300 for install at CNC Auto Sports in Bellevue. I think it was worth it. She looks fantastic and my ADD has now subsided a bit.

Next task, replacing the Carbon Fibre center piece.

So the bestway to overcome the pot hole ring ding syndrome is to purchase a new ring and swap them out at 300USD for the ring, 100 for the swap out and 100 for the install, i.e. $300 per wheel, is that correct?

The dealer (Bellevue Jaguar/LR) uses Alloy Wheel Repair for their on-site service, at least for Range Rovers, and so I assume for Jaguars also?

I have an embarrassingly terrible propensity to curb my rims and so I've used those guys many times over the years on my Range Rovers. No complaints.

Curious to hear what club that is, since I live there. Let us know!
