RE: Favorite Service Dept ?
Jamey, i've been to Autobahn, in Ft Worth though. There is a jag dealer in plano, tx, but never been that far since Autobahn is closer to me. So far, i've been there three times. Lee Letts is a ex-technician, turned service consultant, or whatever you want to call it. Extremely knowledgable about all breeds of jag. He has been very fair to me. I got a curb rash repaired for $126, a new j-gate bezel installed for free, just had to buy the part from them, and replaced the steering column when the reach motor went out for free, under Select. He is very nice, and answers my emails promptly with replies. I would recommend him/them highly. They haven't offered me a rental car yet, as all of these procedures took only 1 day to do. He tries to get me freebies whenever he can get away with it. You gotta like that.

Thanks! All of the places that I mentioned are about the same distance me here. Being that I'm west of Ft.Worth and not east of Dallas, that sounds like a good call.
I emailed all of the close dealers and I hadn't heard back from any of them. I will give Autobahn a call! I need to get there before the end of June.

Wherever you go, skip Melloy Jaguar in Albuquerque. They not only didn't fix my car, they left part of a tensioner chain in the engine, told me I needed a new engine for $10,800 and a new thermostat.sent me home low on oil and antifreeze with all dash lights red. Took it to Hans Foreign Car in this little town of Los Lunas and in a week, had it running like a top for $2218.90.
