Default Hello from Snottsdale...

I'm way the hell up north, so I should do my best Mr. Howell impression and say "North Scottsdale"... haha...

Anyway, I just wanted to chime in and see if I can catch any events, hang-outs or track days out here...

Looking to put some miles on my new lady:

Sure that your screen name shouldn't have been Cobra"Skipper"?

That is one lady I'd like to put some miles on too!

Surely you'll be at Barrett Jackson in January?

I am there every year and get hired out most years as a technical advisor to buyers.

I might go this year... I've been here for three years and still haven't made it because of my work...

I've been having a blast with this car and the best had to be an older Gallardo on 101...heh... this sucker moves!

Yeah, maybe if I can find a decent set from someone local that actually answers emails and calls...ugh... you'd think people want to make money in this economy...

Gorgeous XKR. My brother and I just made the 2200 mile long haul from Buffalo, NY to Phoenix (North Scottsdale) in my 96 XJR6 and 02 Tacoma.

I have had a very successful mobile detailing business in Buffalo the past year, but have very few contacts in Phoenix to get it rolling out here while I search for a part time job in the meantime.

I would love to find some of the car events, specifically Jaguar that may pop up such as the post below earlier in the month, Scottsdale coffee shop meet?

Hope those in Phoenix area post such events that may be coming up. I have been planning this move to Phoenix over the past year or so and absolutely love it here. Finally, somewhere I can enjoy my passion and enthusiasm for automobiles in a warm climate, not 3 feet of snow and single digit temps for 5 months...

Any members in Scottsdale or East Valley in general I'd greatly appreciate the opportunity to give a few freebie complete details to show my quality of work. Business is 100% referral.

I know at least one member in Scottsdale who wants to buy my XJR6. Hope to hear from fellow local Jag enthusiasts!
