Left JLR Albuquerque last Tues after trading in our 06 MB SLK55 Vert with 123k miles for a 14 Jaguar F-Type S Vert with only 17k miles. During a several hundred mile roadtrip on Saturday I felt a slight vibration on the highway at 85 mph and I later felt metal on metal thru the steering wheel below 5 mph when turning. Turned out to be 2 strut tower bolts which were tightened and the problem was resolved. I knew the car had original Pirellis which I had planned to get rid of due to age within the next month.
Anyway Jon Fass in Service called this morning and I went to pickup car. Low and behold, They gave me 4 brand new Conti DWS06 Plus’s and an alignment..All at No Cost.
At this point I cant say enough good things about JLR Albuquerque. Next trade with them may be my 18 MB AMG E43. Handles great in snow with 4Matic so I am hesitant.
