Default Oil viscosity choice (South Texas area)

Houston area ... 95*+(F) temps with 90%+ humidity.

Reading the Vehicle Care manual ... oil viscosity options are:
* 5w/40, 5w/50, 10w/50, 10w/60, 20w/40, 20w/50

I'm leaning to the 10w/60 or 20w/50 options (w/Wix filter) ... any thoughts?

IMO with those miles I'd also go with 20/50.

If you have the time read up at bob's motor oil university article: Motor Oil 101 - Bob is the Oil Guy
after reading and checking with other sources i was convinced and switched my 04 xjr and 98 vdp to 0w-30. I am in san antonio btw.
happy reading.
