I'm just thinking out loud about something fun do do with our cars. I live in far NE Collin County and there a lot of nice country roads with very little traffic and a few good pit stops. I have several friends with Harley's and we ride these roads quite often and I can't help but think it would be great fun to do the same thing with the Jag's and make some new friends at the same time. I have two older Jag's that I only manage to do a 1k miles a year because like the Harley's it's just not much fun by your self.

I have 30 acres in Blue Ridge which could be a good place to meet up and I have a lift in my barn if you need to get up in the air. I'm thinking Jag's maybe other neat cars and Good fun loving people. Maybe once a month or once a year.

I'd be interested. My wife drives the Jag so it would be good to get it out for a stretch.

Also, I have a 93 electra glide and a 77 FX. I've ridden up there before, nice area. As far as riding alone, I do it every day. Commuting on the bike keeps me sane!

 

Charlie why not get in touch with these good folks-they are a great club and do a lot of drives as well as other events. I looked at a map of the Republic of Texas and in Texas terms they are near by--best of luck!

Great, I love the old Harley's, Let's see if we can round up a few more then we can set something up.

 

I would love to do something. We have a new boat out at Lynn Creek Marina at Joe Pool Lake, Grand Prairie and there is a nice little drive around the lake, but its short. I would have to investigate turning it in to a longer drive. Then we could all park at the marina, have dinner at the marina restaurant, The Oasis and do a sunset cruise on the 'toon.

 

Good to see some interest hopefully we can find a few more and maybe meet in the middle for the first get together. 300 views so far I can't wait to see a group of these cars running down the road together.
