Breather Hose..part load .. full load??

Breather Hose..part load .. full load??

Questions...The part load Breather hose and the full load breather hose, I presume they relieve crankcase pressure? but why two? and where Is this pressure exhausted to?..and what effect does it have on engine performance?...and what Is ment by full load and part load, hows It know(the engine)..I just had my oil changed and they over filled It by about half Qt, what adverse affect will this have on crankcase pressure, if any,... would you recommend sucking the overfill out?
