I hope this helps. BTW, if you are having a short service and you are hungry, 2-3 blocks west on University and you will find Los Gatos Meats & Smokehouse. Their sandwiches are the best! Great selection of meats as well. Get this: They make all of their own sausages on site. My favorites are the blueberry breakfast and the cinnamon apple B'fast sausages...

I've used Rick at Jag Purrformance for years on my '97XJ6L. Honest, fair, doesn't try to do things that don't need to be done. I've heard good things about DeLongs's in Campbell but haven't used them yet. As soon as our car was off warranty, I tried a place in Mountain View or Palo Alto which was good. I don't recall, but they moved and it is either Purrformance or Delong.

And yes, Los Gatos Meats (a block or so down University towards downtown on the other side of the street is good--great jerky.

We have a 2005 XJ8L but haven't had anything done yet on it.
