Guys, sounds fantastic, I really hope you get a good turnout!
Please, please feel free to shout about it in ALL sections and promote it as best you can.
Slightly, less than 2 weeks before the meet so cutting it a bit fine for anyone that may see it in the next day or so I guess.
If you need any threads "stickied" in any section for the next 7 days or so to help push it I'll be happy to help.
Just please let me know

Hope that all of you take a camera and look forward to a pic fest of owners / Jaguars and maybe a bit of Craic too

Pardon my ignorance but what is the "Cars and Coffee" stuff? Is there some link that will specifically discuss times and locations?

Thanks,

Doug

Cars and Coffee is a meet they do on a weekly basis in Irvine for all car enthusiasts... You get everything from lowered Civics to Maseratis and Porsche 959s and everything in between. No haters allowed, just come check out some cool cars and show yours off!

It used to be at the Mazda design center, but its been a while since I've gone I dont know if the venue has changed. Maybe someone else can chime in on that.

Found an olllllld pic from a Cars and Coffee meet I went to a couple years ago in my old turbo Camry...

I would have to say around 6:00am, I will get some coordinates together for a gathering point. I would suggest the North corner up against the 5 frwy......Has anybody posted this on the Cars and Coffee Irvine forum? for some reason they will not accept my registration and I get no response from the moderator...

So i went yesterday, drove through the damn hurricane and it should have been boats and cooffee, lots of peoppe just came and left. Couldnt really do anything beacuse it was pouring cats and dogs, everyone was just staying inside their car.

So if you guys dont know how to get there its right by "the spectrum" or Irvine town center. coming from the 405 S, exit Irvine Ceter drive, make a left, towards the irvine spectrum, and keep going untill the street gateway. At gateway make a right and then a left into the mazda center, that's where we will meet.

I dont think parking or finding a place for our cars to line up will be a problem seeing as its a very big place. I think everyone who's coming should come by at least 8 or 9. Think 6am is a lil early for a lot of us!

We will greet and gather from 8-9, hang out talk "Jaaaggs!" and by 9:30 -10 we should all take pictures (Jaguars, members, other cars etc..) Also should be other cars there as well, its always a good time at cars and coffee!

Hope to see everyone there! Dont forget to spread the word!

Actually, the Jaguar Owners Club has many events throughout the year, including some that meet up at Cars and Coffee Irvine. Did one just a couple weeks ago in fact.

Take a look at www.lajagclub.com. The club has members in Oange, Los Angeles, and Ventura counties.

I would recommend getting there earlier than 8:00am on Saturday morning. I live in Tustin which is 10 minutes away, I go to this venue very often. All i can say is that from my experience, the lot gets very full, very fast. I almost always arrive at around 7:00am and parking is limited, so to get some spots together it would be best to arrive early. JMO......

By 9:00am the place starts to dissolve quickly as people exit to start their Saturday afternoons.....

Thoughts appreciated........

Have a great day!
