Thank you for the welcome. I know jag owners are quite often purists and I really am hoping not to upset anyone with the amount of work I will be doing to the car.

I live here in Honolulu, but I moved here from Alaska about ten
years ago. Weather is cool here right now, it went down
to 62 last night and I had to get up and close the windows.

Hi all,

I live in San Mateo, Ca (NoCal), but recently moved here ('86) from London, England. Extremely grateful to have easy access to some of the greatest driving roads in California!

edsterp, I live in Azusa and work in Universal City. I'm out in your area frequently - in fact, holding my son's birthday party at Pegasus Hobbies off the Central exit of the 10 in a few weeks.

Making the weekly run from Portland to Tacoma and really enjoying racking up the miles in this car.

What cold? Top's down when it's not raining!

Default Seattle here...

I'm in the greater Seattle area... my web feet are almost fully developed! Prior to here, I spent 13 years in Mission Viejo, CA (south Orange County.) Southern Cal is where I fell in love with Jaguar's and now I've finally taken the plunge!

Salem, Oregon here with a middle son in Nampa, Idaho, just for the record of the young single guy who lives out there in the Treasure Valley! A Jag is certainly an improvement over bareback horse riding and covered wagons LOL Born and raised in southern Oregon, I am still amazed at what some folks still think about Oregon! You'd think we didn't even have roads out here, let alone cars! LOL

The coastal SoCal here has a heavy population of European cars, with a pretty substantial Jaguar representation. I own a 2002 XJR and a 1994 XJS Convertible.

I'm quite surprised in learning how little, if any, vintage-classic Jags are featured in this forum.
