XK8 Values

I think the 1998 XK8 has a great look to it, why are they so.....affordable????
Are there some major issues?
I am considering buying one someday.

I really like the 2002 X-Type that I currently drive daily.

I can't speak to values in your part of the world (I wish they were more affordable in my part of it

).
