Default 18" Aruba Wheels

Apparently, there are two versions of the 18" Aruba wheels; Aruba and Aruba Performance.

Does anyone know what the difference is between the two? Also, How can you tell which ones I have on my X-Type? Lastly, is it okay to use one or the other?

Thanks!

I am not sure if you can tell them apart visually. I got the sport one. As far as I know they are lighter and stiffer then the regular. However, I got mine when I bought the car back in 07 and that's what was available in stock! I guess you could use either type but mix and match would result in weight differences.

Hey Exrub,

I believe (not 100%) the difference is the performance onces are a darker color of grey. Not sure about if theres a weight difference, I was looking for a replacement regular aruba rim after cracking one so bad they couldn't weld it. The aruba rims are a compliment to the car, people always ask if their stock.
