Default 20" Sepangs/Cremona

Hey everyone, I'm new to the Forum. Just got a 2006 XJ8L (Liquid Silver) with 24K miles on it.

Want to replace the 18" Dynamic Wheels with either the 20" Sepangs.

I also like the 20" Cremonas from teh new 2008. Does anyone know if these will fit okay?

In addition, Has anyone added 20" wheels to their XJ8L lately, i was wondering how the noise was. I know it has a lot to do with the tires, and I understand the Hankook Ventus V12 tire is an excellent choice for quietness. I don't care about performance I want the looks and the ride quality.

Thanks
Mark From Dallas

Either will fit no problem. If you go with the sepangs make sure they came off of the same car. I know there are a different version (bolt pattern & offset) make for the XKs.

I also considered the same Hankooks, but after reading reviews I went with Falken 452s, saved a bundle, and have had no problems.

Try to find a tyre with a moulded rim-shoulder, so the tyre hits the kerb before the wheel. These big wheels are easy to damage, and expensive to replace.

I really like the look of the Sepangs but they will be harder to clean than the 20" Callsitos on my LWB

The noise level really isn't that bad. They're a little louder than the previously mounted Michelins, but with the windows up or the radio on I can't tell a difference.
The wheels are more difficult to clean, but I used that as excuse to buy better brake pads and some new detailing brushes.

Hey 310JAG... and anyone else...

Appears the Bolt pattern for my 2006 XJ8 is 5 x 108 (5 x 4.25)

The 2007-2009 XK8 has the same bolt pattern, All XK8's prior to 2007 has a bolt pattern of 5 x 120.67 (or 5 x 4.75)

I was looking at some Jaguar Wheels off a 2007 XK8 with the bolt pattern of
5 x 108 they were the Cremona style 5 spoke. The only difference I can see between the XK8 and the XJ8 wheels is that these wheels were 20 x 8.5 instead of 20 x 9 on the XJ8.

Is there any reason these would not fit my XJ8? Is the offset different?
