I believe w/o means With Out Cats...BUT does that mean no Catalytic Converters?

I just found this by accident -it's "Jaguar's exclusive Computer Active Technology Suspension (CATS)" from a "Build your new Jag" webpage. Sounds like an electronic package I'm glad I don't have.
