So I was finally able to find a classic jaguar speaclist. Imports unlimed in highland park illinios , The mechanic named Teddy diagnosed the car and told me the car was expiriencing electrical problems due to the NGK spark plugs be the V tip type.
He said the V tip NGK spark plugs will work but cause all types for codes faults as they are more meant to be used on Ford Vehicles. He got a hold of Jaguar OEM original spark plugs non V and coils and the electrical error have gone away.

In regards to the contant DSC error and random 5 mile an hour auto ABS brake appying scary issue when driving the car. My original mechanic says it was the clock spring. Turns out he was wrong the jaguar spealist said it was the Dynamic Stability control sensor and the bottom of the foot well is broken inside. I did by a used oem one from ebay for 40.00 vs jaguar dealer of 950.00. He will replace it and we shall see how it goes.Just so you know the passenger right reluctor ring had a crack and was replaced. The 2 front wheel sensors and all 4 abs sensors have all been replaced already. He said the DSC error is the last to go. Wish me luck.

Lucky for me in Indiana I found a upholstery guy He was able to replace sagging x type head liner colored cream colored ceiling with a new one it cost me 600.00
