Default 04 X-type 2.5L w/ P0420 and P2097

Anyone experienced with these two CEL codes?
Only the P0420 was continuously on for a few months and tried cat cleaners with no difference. Now, P2097 is also comes on following to P0420 after a reset.
The car also has some hesitation issue during acceleration but idle is steady.
I presume it's probably the cat converter but now sure what caused (o2 sensor?) the other P2097 (Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Rich Bank 1).

Thank you.

If it's a post cat code, then if your cat is clogged, you will get this code when the cat gets so clogged that the downstream o2 sensor picks it up. You probably have a bad cat that has gotten so bad that it got clogged, can't burn the unburned fuel, and now you get the p2097 for it being too rich post cat due to unburned fuel being able to be let through cause your cat isn't burning it anymore
