Question 08 2.2d X-Type Cranking but not Starting, P1664 code

Hello lovely Jaguar forum people

My 2008 X-Type 2.2 Diesel wasn't able to start yesterday, this is after having it run the night before with seemingly no issues at all (drove to gym and drove back no problem).
The car cranks just fine, no issues with the starter or battery and the engine isn't seized or anything, it just seems that no fuel is actually getting to the engine apart from a sputter or two right at the start.
I did some basic research and concluded that it probably wasn't something I'd be able to fix myself such as a blown fuse or anything like that, maybe something to do with fuel.
I called up the RAC and they had someone come out today to look at the car, and we weren't able to get it running at all, even with starter fluid. RAC man said starter and battery are fine and it seems to be a fuel pump or injector issue.
We have a list of codes from the OBD scanner he used, I'll just write them out here:
DTC: P0488,EGR Throttle Position Control Range/Performance
DTC: P1664, Injection Pump Control Module Malfunction
DTC
: C1304, Cruise Control Command Switch Resistance Out of Range
DTC
: P0053,HO2S Heater Resistance (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
DTC
: B0816, unknown
DTC
: C2400, unknown

He said the P codes are the issue here, but I put all codes listed there just in case there is a link between some of them.
Has anyone experienced something like this before? I find it quite strange that it would simply die overnight like this, but I believe the main culprit is the P1664 injection pump failure.
I wanted to know if anyone has any experience dealing with an issue like this, and how much it would be to get it towed to a garage and fixed. Is this something most garages would be able to handle here? And if not, what can I do? I love my car so I don't really want to get it replaced with another one and would rather pay a good amount to fix it.
Please let me know your thoughts here, as you guys have always helped me out with issues in the past,
Thank you very much!
