Hi did a search and cant find anything on this sort of valve it looks the same as most but has a small pipe going around it, was wondering if its the same turn and pull and also is it water that goes through the pipe.

This post was a long time ago, but I am in Australia and having difficulty finding the rubber hoses that attach on each side of those pipes around the PCV. This seems to only be on the 2.1L petrol motor. I can't find a part number and would really appreciate some help. TIA.
