replacing the purge pipe

replacing the purge pipe
As I reinstall all the various components on my '87 V12, I see that somewhere in it's past a PO had removed the purge pipe (EAC3419). Since I'd really like the purge system to work, I need to replace this.
1. Is there any reason I just can't use hose and a few tees to replace the pipe?
2. The pipe has three ends. per the drawing, two go to the throttle housings. What does the third end attach to?
3. There are two delay valves in the line, one "red disk" and one "grey disk". All my car has are black/white disks. Any idea how essential these are for proper operation of the purge system?
Thanks!

All good. Either way, I figured out where the third end leads too. It is connected to the charcoal canister located in between the LH side headlight and the front side of the front LH side wheel.
The breather hose (another 3 end cross-manifold tube) does, in fact, connect to the PCV valve.
