2003 Xtype no blinkers

2003 Xtype no blinkers
Checked fuses
replaced blinker switch
replaced gem module
all flashers work except left and right bumper ambers
If some sort of ground problem can I simply run jumper ground to blinker?
Could gem need reprogram?

The left and right front bumper ambers are marker lamps and do not flash. (I just checked my X-Type to confirm this)

My left and right front bumper ambers do not flash with the rest when locking unlocking.The smaller side amber do flash with alarm.
