Default 2004 Jaguar x-type control arm

Hey guys I'm new. I was told I need control arms because my bushings were cracked. I'm tired of hearing the noise from my front end, and I see the arms on eBay for sale. How difficult a job is this to do? Anyone have a complete write up? 2004 jaguar xtype 3.0 AWD thanks!

Default Good question..

Good question Scott. I think the LCA's (lower Control Arms) on my wife's '03 X-Type are due also. Get a shuddering when braking (not like warped rotors though) and a vibration on the highway. I just did the ones on my '02 VW Beetle, and it was pretty simple; about 90 minutes per side I think. Had to drive it straight to a tire dealership to get it re-aligned though. I'll be watching this thread to see if any one responds with a "Yea, I've done that...here's how simple it is" response! :-)
