2004 X type 3.0 Trouble codes

2004 X type 3.0 Trouble codes
Still looking for a solution: What causes 3 trouble codes to flash at once (P 301 P 303 P 305). The car has 83000 miles.
2 other codes came up also (P 1313 P 1316).
I have changed the plugs,the ones I took out were dry and tan in color. I also replaced the 3 coils in bank 1. Still same problem.
I would appreciate any help anyone could give me.
