I recently had an issue with the ignition coils in cylinder 1 and 3 after driving over big puddle. I replaced the coils, spark plugs, upper and lower intake gaskets, both O rings in the manifold and cleaned the MAF senser with MAF cleaner. The car runs better then before and I had my local mechanic clear the codes. About 20 miles later the check engine light came on. I took it to Advanced Auto and they told me the codes are P2A01 and P0420.

I couldn't find much information on these codes except this:
P2A01 O2 Circuit Range / Performance (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)

Has anyone else experienced this before and know how to address it? The car runs good but I do think it burns more fuel than it should.
