Default 2007 snap sound in front suspension

2007 X-Type makes a loud snap sound when turning left and the road elevation changes, as when turning into a street that goes uphill. The struts and mounts were recently replaced but my wife doesn't remember if it made this sound before they were replaced. I turned the wheel to the left and bounced the front of the car in the driveway but you only hear the snap when the car is in motion. Any ideas?

I think I would first take a good look at the sway bar connector links and then the sway bar mounts. Worst case is you might have a CV joint going out on the left side.
Try finding a roomy parking lot and at low speed make sudden left and right turns and listen fo the snap sound and any clicking noise. If none then probably CV joints are good. You should also check the joints for torn or damaged boots. That would allow water to wash out the joint lubricant.
