Default 2008 Jaguar X-type heat/ac question

My wife drives this Jag, it has around 60,000 miles on it.

At the same time, both the A/C & the heat screwed up. Both systems are not low on fluids. The A/C is topped off with Freon & the heat is not low on anti-freeze.

Both the heat & the A/C work fine while driving along but both systems stopped working correctly when it is idling (A/C gets warm & heater starts blowing cold air).

Does anyone know what the problem might be??

It is a 3.0 liter with every available option if that matters.

Any change on the engine temperature gauge, like maybe it's on the low side? If it were then I'd suspect the thermostat's not closing properly. Accompanying AC problem is a stumper though.

I just can't figure it out how is this thing happen!? You only turn on either A/C or the heater, you can't expecting both system working in the same time, the way you described the problem no one can figure it out, may be Thermo or Astromog can
