Yeah so they took mine, with in the 2 hours i was away from my car, but lets discuss prevention methods

I am sure that the Leaper is designed to come off in the event of an accident. They are not fitted in the UK and aftermarket ones can easily fall foul of Construction and Use Regulations, which govern the safety side of vehicles.

What ever you do please dont secure the leaper to your car. However, annoying it is to have one stolen, it will not kill you.

What do u mean secure, like wled it on, so if i hit soeon, it will go though them lol, i was think like a alarm system

yeah, welding it on sounds like a bad idea, how come its safety hazard, im guesing de-gutting someon if u hit them???? and Alamring how would i go about that

So does anyone know where we can find that flush mounted hood ornament? I'm not sure that is the route we will go to replace the hood ornament, but I'd like to see it online somewhere before we decide to get the leaper or the flush mounted ornament.

yeah i know that lol, somewhat, but im wondering , the kid who stole mine and to get a flat head srewe driver underneath it ( the effing scratches marks ont he paint) and then just pry it till it broke off the spring. So do u think a fluch mount wil solve the rpoblem
