Hello,firstly,i am a new member,so hello.
My 02 2.1 x type failed it mot today as the abs light came on,which it normaly does these days,i have an OBD APP on my tablet which is giving me 2 codes,c1500 and c1155.Does any one no what these mean,i am hoping thay will point me to the corner at fault,fingers crossed and thanks in advance.

Anyway ref: C1155 , it looks like Left Front Reuctor ring, Speed sensor or wiring harness, loom ABS problem. I hadsimilar & it turned out to be a break in the loom wiring. Sorry , I've had no luck with C1500. I only have a cheapo OBD2 reader , off Ebay.

 

Hello,thankyou for your reply,i will check the wires.I have seen the reluctor ring for the rear on ebay but not for the front,do you know if thay are available for the front,thanks again

 

I believe the front ones are built into the front wheel bearing ....They are quite a robust item so I would check oyt sensor & wiring first..
