Adjustable steering column problem

Adjustable steering column problem
While driving recently, the steering column dropped on me. It seems the lever has begun to loosen up and that causes the steering column to drop. Is there something that I can tighten to stop this from happening. This is for a manual tilt/telescoping steering wheel.
