Default advice on airconditioner compressor kits

hi all
I need to replace my aircon compressor and thought I would buy a kit online. I have a 2005 2.0 V6.

Is there a difference between the 2.5 and 3.0 V6 when it comes to this part?

thanks

Not too sure about the fit for the 2.5 vs 3.0, but I bought a compressor kit that came with a OEM compressor and aftermarket dryer. The dryer would not fit regardless of how much we tried to modify it. The brackets where wrong and the orientation of the hose fitting would not work either....I ended up ordering one from my local auto parts store that still did not fit perfectly, but my mechanic was able to make it a work

I recently done the same thing; Compressor fit nicely, but the angle of the brackets and bottom hose fitting are not matched, end up I only can fitted one bracket in the front, I have to pull the top hose in closed to the frame and made a bracket to hold it there, may be I have to drill a new screw hole to fit in the rear bracket, it took me have a day just to fit the drier in place.
