This car wash is an SA person's worst nightmare. You drive up and you are in a garage. Two young (usually cute) which freaks me the hell out, open your door for you and let you out of your vehicle. A group of young college students climb inside your vehicle and wipe down every inch of it. Then when you leave you have to show the yellow paid form that you paid and then you have to deal with the guys (who I can't even look in the eye again).

I'm avoiding it, but need to wash the van before the salt wrecks the vehicle. My mom said that she would go for me but I really need to go and face my fear head-on. Help!

I know this sounds pathetic.

 

Trolling for a "there there" forum is for help fixing car not psychiatry.
This isn't tiktoc, btw. And I've never heard of a Jaguar X Type "van".

 

Do not go to a car wash where they clean the inside of the car. the ones near me, you drive in, the machine goes around the vehicle, washes everything and when you are done, you drive 50 feet forward to the vacuums where you toss in a few coins and there ia a large vacuum hose to suck all the dirt out of your car. If you can't do that (barring a handicap), then you have different issues and well, wish you luck. Looking people in the eye is the least of your worries.
