Any write up on changing brake pads?
Heard the pad whistle in the X last night, looks like it is time. Any write up anywhere? What size rachets and wrenchs will I need?
I have done the pads in my Vette, it is very easy...
1) Lift and take off wheels
2) Take off bolt on bottom and back of caliper.
3) Swing caliper upward.
4) Remove some brake fluid from reservoir.
5) C-clamp pistons in.
6) Brake pads slide right out.
7) Clean off brake dust, and put in new pads.
8) Swing caliper back down and bolt in.
9) Press brake halfway, wait a bit, and keep doing till firm brake is felt.
10) Fill brake fluid back up and you are done.
Thanks guys

If I remember correctly, it was a 14mm socket and I'd use the 1/4 inch socket for more strength! I think to take off the wheel, I don't need to tell you what socket to use.
Other than that, I think that you're set!
