Thanks for asking, and actually as usual I have alot to say! The baby is good, screaming at the top of his lungs oh yeah its pretty awesome. The screaming sometimes gets so loud and animant that it is actually hilarious, I seriously sometimes laugh so hard because there is nothing I can do! She's good lost all of the weight she gained from the pregnancy. Thus far she lost 33lbs. and I've gained about 8 more lbs. since she has had him 2 weeks and a day ago! Thus my total weight gain since the pregnancy is about 35 lbs. and 0 lost since birth! Life's been good, havn't gotten into any fights on this forum so I'm good. What about you anderson how's life been treating you?

Have a link to it? How much was it? Once other quick question...will all knobs fit the car or not? I was looking at those "R" knobs on-line...

How'd you know? The weirdest part is I eat less and gain more weight. I know I know its worse to eat less than eat 6 small meals! I'll leaving my job soon so I'll have the ability to work out! I deliver building materials now and my back is hit. I bought a weight bench last fall to use and every time I used it and maxed out on the weight we got hammered at work and my body couldn't take it. The cause for my problems is my job!

Man anderson that is awesome! Way sweeter than the type R one I wanted...you haven't seen the one with the more green maple or whatever the wood color is. I don't have that natural wood color like that its the more green color. I checked his other items but didn't see anything but a couple variations of yours but same wood color. I will definetely buy one of those vs. the type R. How do you take that off does it just unscrew off of the post or is there a special puller? Hate to break it!

Man Aquill,
sorry to hear that. I put my back out around 3 years ago now, and it came back about a year and a half ago, really bad.
So bad whether I sat, stood, lay down or whatever I was in serios pain. I got myself a real good chiropractor and he worked some kinda miracle, touch wood I haven't had any probs in the last year or so. You ever thought about checking out a chiropractor?

I had terrible back pain in the mid 80s when I was a teenager.I couldnt stand up straight. One day I was fine the next in agony.Went to a local chiropractor, Mr.Dick, after a few days of this pain.Had to lie on my side on a bed and the nurse standing behind me pulled me backwards from the neck and knees and I heard my back crack right up to my neck.I then had to turn over onto my other side and she did this again.I then hadpulsating electronic pads on my back for around 20 mins.I could hardly stand for 24 hours like they said but when I woke up the day after that I was pain free and have been ever since.Best £30 I ever spent

Yep, I tell you what Buck, you get a good one and they're worth their weight in Gold.
I spent quite a bit more than £30 but god it was worth it. At one point it was so bad I would've gladly handed ober all I owned just to be pain free.

I hear they are good (chiro's) but I am also afraid of them. My best buddy was going to one and they made his back worse. My problem with them is that sometimes they are a constant thing you have to go to...unless you find a good one that does it right the first time! I guess everything is circumstantial to each persons back. Worse comes to worse I'll go to one after I become daddy day care but until than I'll see what happens. The problem is that I carry things like drywall 5 days a week and it is alot of work some of the drywall weighs up to 200lbs per sheet which they come in packs of 2. A lift of drywall is made up of 26 sheets in 5/8" and you have anywhere from 8-14 lifts on the truck with 2-4 jobs a day....see where I'm going?
