ATF Location - HELP PLEASE!

The ATF is inside the transmission, lol. If you're looking for a "dipstick" or a place to add/fill, there is not one as such. The JATCO transmissions in X type are "sealed for life" (peed myself a little bit on that once again). There is an original fill pipe (factory fill) just to the left (when facing car with hood up) of the battery box on top of transmission with a rubber "bung" capping the pipe.
If you're contemplating a change (as I will be doing next weekend), do a thorough forum search on various procedures/ideas/correct fluid types(s).

I am not sure what kind of problem you are experiencing but I don't have any confidence in additives as a cure. If you are trying to stop a leak it would be better to let us know where it is leaking and we can advise you on the the best course of repair.
If performance is a problem you might want to give us a little more detail. In the end it is your vehicle and your decision but if it were mine I wouldn't consider using any additive.

The photo you have is for the water pump drive at the rear of the engine. The serpentine belt is on the other end of the engine. Your last comment gave me a pretty good clue. It sounds like the serpentine belt tensioner is failing. That would account for a chirp, poor alternator and power steering pump performance.
To change the serpentine belt you will need to remove the right side wheel and then remove the inside arch liner. Once that is done you will see the serpentine belt.
Below is a link for Jagrepair.com where you can download the tech manual sections for the engine
