Been experiencing an odd behavior from my audio system, it cuts out soon after starting the car. I have the NAV unit and for this last few months I've noticed that after starting the car, with the radio already on, it would work for a few seconds and then cut out. I've tried waiting for it to come back on for a couple of minutes but when it didn't I'd turn the car off, remove the key, then start it back up and the radio would work fine.

It's happening more frequently (i.e., a couple of times a month), now, but with no regularity.

The car is under warranty so if it needs to be repaired it would be. The only problem is that I don't think the dealer would be able to locate the issue since it is so unpredictable.

I figure I'll just wait until it happens more often. But, I was just wondering if anyone had ever experienced something that this and had any ideas about a cause.

Oh, sorry, one more thing, the display screen seems fine and I can switch pre-set stations but no sound is produced. When I restart the car everything is as it should be with the display screen showing the last station I selected before shutting the car off, only now, sound is produced.
