B2691 Code - Driver's Seat Belt Buckle - Any Ideas?
Hey All -
So my code reader found a B2691 code - apparently related to the driver's seat belt buckle.
Not entirely sure where to begin on this one - anyone have a seat wiring diagram or ideas on what to check?
It appears the buckle detects the seat belt since the icon on the dash comes on when its not buckled and goes off when it is buckled.

There are 2 connectors/wires for the buckle. One tells it is inserted and the other is for the SRS System. I would recommend raising the seat as high as possible and remove the plug from the seat connector. It unbolts and then pulls out. Then unbolt the seat and tilt it back so you can see the underside. I have had the wires pull out of the connector when the seat traveled.
