Default Brake Pressure Sensor Question

When I remove the Brake Pressure Sensor from the ABS Module will brake fluid start pouring out?
I've never messed with ABS systems before and am quite clueless!

Thanks. The silly questions are the ones that keep me out of trouble!

flyrr100, yes, you will get a little trickle of fluid to come out. What you are going to get is gravity flow coming from the brake fluid reservoir to the ABS module. Are you going to get a solid stream, by no means. But, you will have some fluid leaking out. Imagine like you just barely cracked the faucet on your sink worse case.

What I would tell you is to have the new sensor handy so you can pull the one sensor out and then immediately thread the new sensor in.

I have an ABS light on. My local Jag place pulled the code C1288.
Apparently it's the sensor.
