Breather hose

hi, guys...
I found that breather hose appeared sqeezed. but it is not always 'sqeezed'.
should I change it?

then is it hard to change? just take it off and replace it ? anyother steps???
how much it cost?

That hose is less than $15 and no there is no special procedure though the new hose will have clamps on it.
