I am beginning a headliner job and I've gotten everything off except the B Pillars. I've managed to get the one I'm working with pulled out - Both the upper and lower parts (lower part is still attached/tucked in under the door sill trim cover which I can't seem to figure out how to remove) BUT I can't seem to separate the lower from the upper sections due to a barbed plastic tab on one side. Any suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Trying not to break any components as they are obviously hard to come by these days.

Have you figured this out? I'm redoing my headliner and can't remove the B pillar trim either. There is still side seat part that I cant seem to remove from the white clip. But mainly once releasing the top, the trim is held in by a screw, which is also covered by the white clip. I'm beat lol. Doesn't seem to be a way to remove the white clip as thats what holds the whole side seat in. Thanks.
